Are your products authentic?
All our products are completely genuine. We do not and will never sell counterfeit or fake products.
Why are the products so much cheaper than other retailers?
BloomPK is an online retailer & distributor which means we don't have the huge overheads of having a retail store. So, good news... we can pass our savings onto you!
What is the difference between EDT (Eau de Toilette), EDP (Eau de Parfum) and Eau de Cologne (EDC)?
- Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a medium-low scent concentration with 4-8% Perfume oil and can last 4-6 hours
- Eau de Parfum (EDP) has a medium-high scent concentration with 8-15% Perfume oil and can last 5-7 hours
- Perfume, sometimes called an Extrait, is between 15-30% Perfume oil and can last 6-8 hours
- Cologne, sometimes called an Eau de Cologne or an Eau Fraiche, is between 3-5% Perfume oil and can last 2-3 hours

What are Decants?
Decanting is the act of transferring the liquid from one vessel to another. A fragrance decant is created by transferring the scent from its original design house bottle into a sterile sample atomizer. Decants allow you to try a variety of genuine fragrances at an affordable price.
Does decanting effect fragrance smell and performance?
If done properly and professionally,there won't be a difference. Which is why at BloomPK we have an experienced dedicated Decanting team trained in transferring the fragrance from the original bottle to our decant bottles efficiently and expertly.
Are your Decant bottles labelled?
Yes,all our decants are sent with HD Printed Labels.This ensures hassle free storage and identification of fragrances in the long run.
What is a Decant Box?
On purchase of 5 or more decants you get a free Decant Storage Box. It houses 5 decants and has inner foam stuffed lining which fits the decant bottles exactly. Its easy to carry and comes with an extra secure outer cover ensuring convenience and safety.
Do all original fragrances last long?
In short no. Original fragrances can vary in their performance based on the following factors
1. Where you’re storing them
Where you keep your scents is very important, as heat and natural light can oxidize the liquid and change its composition. To prevent losing precious notes and altering the fragrance’s smell, store your beautiful bottles in a cool and dark place. It helps keep the perfume as true to its intended smell as possible. The easiest way? Store them in their original boxes. Not only is the packaging beautiful, but also protect your precious perfume from direct sunlight.
2. How moisturized your skin is
If you have dry skin, your fragrance will never be able to last as long as you want it to. The reason? There’s nothing for the fragrance to hang on to, thus making it evaporate even faster. Try using an unscented body lotion or jojoba oil to hydrate your skin before you spritz – it is very similar to our skin’s natural oils and won’t alter your scent’s profile.
3. What season you’re in
The kind of climate you’re in affects both the way your fragrance projects and its lasting power. Cold weather holds stronger, lusher floral notes in check, which is why your tropical perfumes will smell all wrong during winter or autumn. Conversely, lighter scents work better in summer and spring. Heat and humidity also changes the way a perfume smells throughout the day, because heat volatilizes essences faster and humidity makes you sweat more, thus changing the scent’s composition.
4. Where you’re spraying
If you’re looking for a subtle scent all over, try spritzing in your hair or clothes. This creates a diffused scent and hangs far longer than bare skin. But pulse points – areas such as the back of knees, neck, inside of elbows and wrists – emanate more heat than anywhere else and helps release scent throughout the day.
5. How concentrated it is
The longevity of a scent also depends on the amount of oils in its formula. Perfume comes first, with the highest level of oils, followed by eau de parfum, then eau de toilette, with the lowest oil concentration and highest water and alcohol ratio. The less diluted your scent is, the longer it lasts.
6. How you apply it
Do you usually rub your wrists together? Stop doing that, because fragrances are layered on top of one another in complex combinations (another reason why they are so expensive), and the heat and friction released during that action breaks the formula up and shortens it’s lasting power. If you must, try dabbing lightly instead.

Our checkout process uses industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 128-bit encryption (the strongest possible) which secures your data. In our case, this service is provided by Shopify.
How do I place an order?

How quickly will i receive my order?
We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. We deliver using:
- TCS 1-2 Days
- Leopards 2-3 Days
Orders received after 4:00pm PST are shipped the next day, Similarly orders with multiple decants are also shipped the next day since decanting is a time consuming process
What do I do if my order shows as delivered but I have not received it?
If you have tracked your order and it shows your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of the delivery date shown, otherwise we will not be able to process your claim for the order not being received. You can do this either by calling +923469201225 Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm or emailing email@example.com.
We will then contact the courier who will investigate. This process normally takes 72 hours and as soon as they let us know the outcome of the investigation we will be in touch.
How much is postage and packaging?
We offer free delivery on all orders over Rs.5000. Otherwise a flat rate of rs.400 is charged.
The product I have ordered is out of stock, when will it be available?
We always do our upmost to keep our stocks replenished, but if we are out of stock of your item you will be informed by our Customer Service team of the expected delivery date.
What happens if I am not in when my order arrives?
If you are not in when our carrier attempts delivery, they will post an information card through your letterbox with the relevant details.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Once your order has been accepted into our warehouse we are unable to make any changes to your order. We may be able to cancel your order if you contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order confirmation (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm), however this cannot be guaranteed.
The best way to get in touch would be to call our Customer Service team on +923469201225 Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. Due to the fast action required, we do not recommend using email to do this.
Once again, we are unable to guarantee any requests to cancel an order..

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password or need to reset it?
